*MAUT*

*ⓩ maut,wo sachchayi hai ki jiske baare me kisi bhi dharam ya mazhab me ikhtilaaf nahin hai,quran farmata hai "har jaan ko maut ka maza chakhna hai" yaani duniya o jahaan me jo kuchh hai sab kuchh ek na ek din fana hona hai baaqi rahne waali zaat sirf ek allah rabbul izzat ki hai,hadise paak me aata hai ki "maut ko kasrat se yaad karo" yahan yaad karne se muraad duniya se gaflat ikhtiyar karke aakhirat ki tayyari karna hai ye nahin ki zara si pareshani aan padi to lage maut ki dua karne haan agar is tarah kahe ki "ai maula jab tak zindagi mere liye behtar hai mujhe zinda rakh aur jab maut behtar ho to mujhe maut ata farma" to aisa kahna jayaz hai aur ye bhi aata hai ki banda jaisa apne rub par ghuman rakhta hai use waisa hi milta hai lihaza apne rub par achchha ghuman rakhe,hadise paak me aata hai ki "wo muraad ko pahuncha jiska khatima khair se hua" yaani zindagi bhar ke saare aamaal ka daaro madaar khaatme par hai,aayiye ab chalte hain fuqha ke aqwaal wa masayal ki taraf*

*fuqha* - jab maut ka waqt aa jaaye aur alamatein paayi jaaye to sunnat hai ki usko daahini karwat par lita dein ki munh qible ki jaanib ho jaaye ya chit litakat paanv ko qible ki jaanib kar dein magar sar ko pair ki banisbat ooncha rakhen ki is tarah bhi munh qible ki jaanib ho jayega aur agar dushwari ho to jis haalat par chahen chhod dein

*fuqha* - haiz wa nifaas waali aurtein paas rah sakti hain lekin haiz bund ho chuka aur abhi gusl nahin kiya hai ya junub hai to door rahe aur koshish karen ki makaan me kutta ya jaandar ki tasweer na ho kyunki inke rahne se rahmat ke farishte ghar me nahin aate,aur uske liye duae khair karta rahe ki farishte uski duaon par aameen kahte hain lihaza buri baaton se parhez karen

*fuqha* - jab rooh nikal jaaye to ek chaudi patti se jabde ke neeche se sar par le jaakar girah laga dein ki munh na khulne paaye aur aankhen bund kar dein aur haath paanv narmi ke saath seedha kar dein aur peit par loha ya geeli mitti ya koi bhaari cheez rakh dein ki peit phool na jaaye magar zarurat se zyada wazni na ho ki bayise taqleef hai

*fuqha* - mayyat ke saare badan ko kisi kapde se chhipa dein aur usko chaarpayi ya takht par lita dein ki zameen ki nami na pahunche

*fuqha* - agar uske zimme qarz ho to fauran qarz ada karen ki hadise paak me aata hai ki shaheed bhi us waqt tak aage nahin badh sakega jab tak ki uske qarz ka hisaab kitaab na ho jaaye lihaza agar usne maal chhoda hai to uske maal se qarz ada karen warna warsa apne maal se ada karen

*fuqha* - mayyat ke paas tilawat ya zikro azkaar bila shubah jayaz hai,guslo kafan me jaldi karne ki hadees me bahut taqeed aayi hai lihaza jaldi karen,ahbaab o rishtedaro ko ittela karen ki namaziyon ki kasrat hogi yunhi mayyat ki khabar dene ke liye elaan karna bhi jayaz hai magar uske liye bade bade aadabo alqaab na pukare jaayein

*fuqha* - aurat mar gayi aur bachcha peit me zinda hai to bayein jaanib se peit cheerkar bachcha nikala jaaye aur agar aurat zinda hai aur bachcha mar gaya to bachche ko kaatkar bhi nikal sakte hain aur aurat aur bachcha dono zinda hain to kaisi bhi taqleef kyun na ho bachche ko kaat kar nahin nikaal sakte

*fuqha* - agar jabran isne kisi ka maal nigal liya aur mar gaya to agar maal chhoda hai to maal se taawan dein aur nahin to peit cheer kar maal nikaal lein aur sahwan nigal liya tha to na cheera jaaye

*fuqha* - haamila aurat mar gayi aur kisi ne khwab dekha ki bachcha hua hai to sirf khwab ki bina par qabr khodne ki ijazat nahin


Mayyat Ko Nahlane Ka Tarika


*mas'la* - gusl dene ke liye zarurat ki cheezein ye hain 1-paak paani behtar hai ki halka garm ho 2-paak mitti ya paak saabun 3-bair ke patte behtar hai ki isko paani me dhokar khoob khaula lein aur hasbe zarurat gusl dene ke paani me milaate rahein 4-kapde ke kuchh tukde ya ruyi 5-haath me lapetne ke liye kapda ya dastana 6-teen moti chadrein parda karne ke liye agar aurat ho to warna mard ke liye parde ki haajat nahin 7-kafoor isko ek bartan me gholkar paani me khoob achchhi tarah mila lein (aur ye cheezein mustahab hain agar mile to behtar warna sirf paani se bhi gusl ho jayega)

*mas'la* - mayyat ko nahlana farze kifaya hai yaani baaz logon ne gusl de diya to sab bari ho gaye

*mas'la* - agar mard hai to mard aur agar aurat hai to aurat gusl de,agar chhota ladka hai to aurat nahla sakti hai yunhi ladki chhoti hai to mard gusl de sakta hai,chhoti se muraad hadde shahwat ko na pahunchi ho,yunhi biwi apne shauhar ko gusl de sakti hai magar tab hi jabki uske nikah me rahi ho warna talaaq di ho ya maaz allah murtad ho gayi ho to is surat me ajnabiya ho chuki ab nahin nahla sakti,talaaqe rajayi di aur iddat ke andar shauhar ka inteqal hua to bhi gusl de sakti hai lekin baayin talaaq di to nahin nahla sakti

*mas'la* - aurat mar gayi to uska shauhar use gusl nahin de sakta na chhoo sakta hai,haan dekh sakta hai aur awaam me jo ye mashhoor hai ki na to dekh sakta hai aur na kandha de sakta hai ye mahaz be asl hai,isi tarah agar kapdo ke oopar se uske badan ko haath lagata hai to bhi mumaniyat nahin

*mas'la* - aurat ka inteqal hua aur koi aurat nahin ki gusl de sake to tayammum karaya jaaye ab agar mahram hai to haath se aur agar gair mahram hai ya shauhar hai to haath par kapda lapetkar tayammum karaye,gair mahram haath ki taraf nazar na kare aur shauhar ko iski manahi nahin aur jawaan wa budhiya ki koi qaid nahin,yunhi mard ka inteqal hua aur mard nahin ki gusl de sake to aurat use tayammum karaye agar mahram hai to aise hi aur gair mahram hai to haath par kapda lapetkar

*mas'la* - jism ka aadha ya isse zyada tukda mila to guslo kafan namaz sab padhi jayegi baad ko aadha bhi mila to usko aise hi kapde me lapetkar dafn kar dein

*mas'la* - murda mila agar agar shanakht hoti ho maslan waza qata se ya musalmano ke muhalle me ya qareeb mila ya aisi alamat zaahir ho ki musalman hai to guslo kafan aur namaz sab ki jaaye aur pahchan na hoti ho to aise hi kapde me lapetkar dafn kar dein phir baad ko pata chale ki musalman tha to 3 din ke andar qabr par namaz padhen iske baad ijazat nahin

*mas'la* - mayyat ka badan aisa ho gaya ho ki haath nahin laga sakte to bina haath lagaye sirf paani baha diya jaaye

*mas'la* - nahlane ke baad kanghi karna nakhun kaatna daadhi banana jayaz nahin ki jis haalat par ho usi tarah dafn kiya jaaye

*mas'la* - dono haatho ko karwato me rakhen seene par na rakhen aur na hi naaf ke neeche baandhe

*mas'la* - baaz jagah dastoor hai ki gusl ke liye naye ghade ya bandhne laaye jaate hain iski zarurat nahin ki ghar ke bartan se gusl karaya ja sakta hai phir baaz jagah usko ghade ya bandhne ko tod daalte hai ye najayzo haraam hai ki paisa ki kharabi hai,aur ye sochna ki mayyat ko gusl dene ke baad wo najis ho gaye to ye himakat hai ki awwal to jism se juda hua paani mustamil ke hukm me hai aur agar najis hua bhi ho to bhi paani se dhone par najasat paak ho jaati hai,baaz jagah ghar ka paani phenk dete hain ye bhi haraam hai aur un bartano ko ghar rakhne ko nahusat samajhna bhi nira jihalat hai

*tariqa - kisi takhte ko paani se dhulkar uspar mayyat ko lita dein aur takht ke sarhane eent lagakar thoda sa ooncha kar dein,agar mard hai to naaf se lekar ghutno tak aur agar aurat hai to poora jism dhakkar gusl diya jaaye,tariqa ye hai ki gusl dene waala sabse pahle haatho par kapda lapetkar istinja karaye phir namaz ka sa wuzu karaye yaani pahle munh phir kuhniyo tak haath dhoye phir sar ka masah karaye phir paanv dhoye,kisi kapde ya ruyi ki fareri bhigokar daanto aur masudo aur hotho aur nathuno par pher dein phir agar sar aur daadhi ke baal ho to gul kheru se dhoye ye na ho to koi paak saabun se dhoya jaaye,phir baayi karwat par litakar sar se paanv tak bairi ka paani bahaye ki takht tak pahunch jaaye phir daayin karwat par litakar aisa hi karen,phir aakhir me sar se paanv tak kafoor ka paani bahayein aur phir poore badan ko narmi ke saath kisi kapde se sukha lein*

Murde Ko Kafan Pahnana

*mas'la* - mayyat ko kafan dena farze kifaya hai aur iske 3 darje hain 1-zarurat 2-kifayat 3-sunnat,mard ke liye sunnat 3 kapde hain lifafa azaar aur qamees aur aurat ke liye 3 yahi aur do me odhni aur seena band,aur aksar yahi istemal kiya jaata hai aur jahan iske alawa istemal ho to kam se kam itna ho saara badan dhak jaaye

*mas'la* - lifafa yaani chadar,iski miqdaar ye hai ki mayyat ke qad se itni zyada ho ki dono taraf girah laga saken,aur azaar yaani tahband ki miqdaar choti se qadam tak,aur qamees jisko kafni kahte hain uski miqdaar gardan se ghutno ke neeche tak aur ye aage aur peechhe dono taraf se barabar ho aur jaahilo me jo ye riwaaj hai ki peechhe se kam rakhte hain ye galti hai,mard wa aurat ki kafni me farq hai mard ki kafni moondho par cheere aur aurat ki seene ki taraf,odhni taqriban 1.5 gaz aur seena band pistaan se naaf tak balki raan tak zyada behtar hai

*tariqa - mayyat ke badan ko sukhane ke baad kafan ko khusbhu wagairah ki dhuni le lein phir kafan yun bichhayein ki badi chadar phir tahband phir kafni ko khol lein phir mayyat ko litayein phir kafni pahnayein aur daadhi aur tamam badan par khushbu kafoor wagairah malein khaaskar peshani naak haath ghutna qadam wagairah,phir tahband lapetein ki pahle bayin janib se phir daayein jaanib se phir isi tarah lifafa karen pahle baayein phir daayein ki daayan palla oopar rahe,aurat ko kafni pahnane ke baad uske baal ke 2 hisse karke kafni ke oopar seene par daal dein,aur odhni nisf pusht ke neeche se bichhkar sar par laakar munh par misl naqaab ke daal dein ki seene par rahe phir uske oopar seena band pistaan se raan tak baandhe phir lifafa,uske baad sar aur pair ki taraf se phool girah laga dein ki ise qabr me litakar kholna hoga,hindustan me kafane masnoon ke saath ek chadar jo ki sabse oopar daali hai aur ek ja namaz bhi hoti hai jispar imam namaz padhata hai ise sadqa kar diya jaata hai isme harz nahin*

Janaza Lekar Chalna

*mas'la* - janaza ko kandha dena ibaadat hai aur isme kotahi na karein ki huzoor sallallahu taala alaihi wasallam se kaandha dena saabit hai,behtar hai ki 4 log janaza uthayein aur jagah tang hai ya koi aur majboori to 2 log bhi utha sakte hain,behtar hai ki pahle daayein sirhane phir daayein pair ki taraf phir baayein sirhane aur phir bayein pair ki taraf se kandha de aur baar 10 qadam chale ki farmaya gaya ki jo mayyat ke saath 40 qadam chalega uske 40 kabirah gunah maaf kar diye jayenge,chaupaye ya gaadi par janaza le jaana makruh hai lekin kaafi door jaana hai to harz nahin,janaza thoda tezi se lekar chalen magar itna nahin ki mayyat ko taqleef ho aur chalne waale peechhe chalen na ki daayein baayein aur aage chalta ho to kaafi aage ho taaki usme shumar na ho,sawari ke saath chalne ka bhi yahi hukm hai ki itna aage ho ki janaze me shumar na ho,aurtein janaze ke saath na jaayein aur khamoshi ke saath chalein magar ab ba lihaaz zamana ulma ne zikre bil jahar ki ijazat di hai ki faaltu baate karne se to zikrullah karna behtar hai,janaza jab tak qabristan me rakha na jaaye baithe nahin aur jab rakh diya jaaye to bila zarurat khade na rahein,yunhi kisi ka janaza aata dekhen to khade hone ki haajat nahin haan saath me jaana ho to aur baat hai,jab mayyat rakhen to qibla daayen karwat ho,janaze ke saath jaana nafl namaz padhne se behtar hai aur behtar hai ki namaze janaza padhe bagair waapas na lautein


Namaz-e Janaza Ka Tarika

*mas'la* - namaze janaza farze kifaya hai ki ek ne padhli to sab bari ho gaye aur ek ne bhi nahin padhi ti jisko jisko khabar pahunchi thi sab gunahgaar hue

*mas'la* - iski farziyat ka inkaar karna kufr hai aur iske liye jamaat shart nahin balki tanha bhi padhli to ho gayi

*mas'la* - namaz padhne ke liye wahi sharayat hain jo deegar namazon ke hain jaise qaadir hona aaqil baalig musalman hona najasat se kapde aur jagah ka paak hona satre aurat qibla ki taraf munh hona aur niyat,isme waqt shart nahin aur takbeere tahreema farz nahin balki rukn hai

*mas'la* - baaz log joota pahne hue aue baaz joote par khade hokar namaz padhte hain to agar joota pahne hai to joota aur zameen dono ka paak hona zaruri hai aur joota utaarkar uspar khada ho gaya to sirf joote ka paak hona kaafi hai

*mas'la* - janaza taiyar hai ki wuzu karega to namaz nahin milegi to tayammum karke namaz padhe

*mas'la* - bachcha zinda paida hua aur mar gaya to namaz padhi jayegi aur murda paida hua to namaz nahin

*mas'la* - musalman ko chhota bachcha mila aur baad ko mar gaya to namaz padhi jayegi,yunhi chhote bachche ke maa-baap me se koi ek musalman ho to bachche ki namaz padhi jayegi aur dono kaafir hain to nahin 

*mas'la* - chund musalmano ko chhodkar har kisi ki namaz padhi jayegi agar che kaisa bhi gunahgaar ho aur jinki namaz nahin padhi jayegi wo ye hain

1. daaku ki daaka daalte waqt maara gaya to na gusl hai na namaz aur pakda gaya phir saza ke taur par maara gaya ya bagair daaka daale hue ghar me mar gaya to gusl aur namaz dono hai

2. baagi jo imama bar haq ke khilaf lade uski bhi namaz nahin

3. jisne kayi logon ka gala ghont ka maar daala uski namaz nahin

4. jisne apne maa-baap ko maar daala uski bhi namaz nahin

5. jo kisi ka maal chheenta ho aur maara jaaye uski bhi namaz nahin

*mas'la* - khud kushi karna haraam hai magar namaze janaza padhi jayegi

*mas'la* - bagair gusl diye namaz padhi to agar qabr me nahin utaara hai to phir se gusl dekar namaz padhen aur mitti de chuke to laash na nikalein balki ab qabr par namaz padhen

*mas'la* - mayyat ka saamne hona bhi zaruri hai yaani gaayab ki namaze janaza nahin padhi jayegi yunhi janaze ka zameen par hona bhi zaruri hai ki sawari wagairah par rakha hai to namaz nahin hogi

*mas'la* - agar kayi mayyat ek saath aa gayi to sabki namaz saath me padhi ja sakti hai pahle mardo ka janaza rakha jaaye phir mard bachchon ka phir uske baad aurton ka

*mas'la* - namaze janaza me 2 rukn hai pahla 4 baar takbeer bolna aur doosra qayaam karna aur 3 sunnate muaqqidah hai pahli allah ki hamdo sana doosra huzoor sallallahu taala alaihi wasallam par durood padhna aur teesra mayyat ke liye duae magfirat karna

*tariqa - pahli takbeer allahu akbar kahta hua kaano tak haath uthaye aur naaf ke neeche baandh le aur sana padhe (jo deegar namazo me padhte hain wo hi padh sakte hain) phir doosri takbeer kahen aur durood padhen (durude ibraahem yaani namaz waala durood padhen ya jo bhi yaad ho padhen) phir teesri takbeer kahen aur mayyat ke liye dua karen (dua- allahummag fir li hayyitina wa mayyitina wa shahidina wa gaaibina wa sagirina wa kabirina wa zakarina wa unsaana allahumma man ahyaytahu minna fa'ahyihi alal islaam waman tawaffaytahu minna fatwaffahu alal imaam, ye dua baalig mard wa aurat dono ke liye padhi jaati hai aur nabalig ladke ke liye doosri dua hai aur nabalig ladki ke liye alag dua,magar yahi dua sabhi ke liye padhi ja sakti hai isme harz nahin,iske alawa bhi bahut saari duarein hain magar jo bhi padhen usme umoore aakhirat ka zikr ho) aur chauthi takbeer ke baad haath kholkar bagair kuchh padhe salaam pher dein aur niyat mayyat farishto aur haazireene namaz ki karen*

*mas'la* - pahli takbeer ke waqt hi haath uthana hai baakiyon me nahin aur baaz log har takbeer me aasman ki taraf munh uthate hain ye bhi jayaz nahin ki iski sakht mumaniyat aayi hai

*mas'la* - namaze janaza me pichhli saf ko tamam safo se zyada fazilat hai hadise paak me aaya ki jiski namaz me 3 saf hogi uski magfirat ho jayegi lihaza agar kisi ki mayyat me 6 hi log hon to pahli saf me 3 log aur doosri me 2 aur teesri me 1 shakhs khada hokar namaz padhe ki 3 saf ho jaaye

*mas'la* - bagair wali ki ijazat ke namaz na padhayi jaaye haan koi wali na ho to harz nahin yunhi bina ijazat padhayi ya wali maujood na tha to baad ko aakar apni namaz padh sakta hai aur agar mayyat dafn ho chuki to qabr par padhe magar 3 din ke andar uske baad ijazat nahin

*mas'la* - kunwe me girkar mar gaya ki laash nahin nikali ja sakti ya makaan ke neeche dab gaya to wahin namaz padh dein lekin dariya me doob gaya to namaz nahin ki musalli ka aage hona maloom nahin

*mas'la* - masjid ke andar namaze janaza padhna jayaz nahin khwah kisi ki ho

*mas'la* - bachcha zinda paida ho ya murda khwah namaz padhi jaaye ya nahin magar uska naam rakh dein ki qayamat ke din uska hashr to hoga

Mayyat Ko Dafnane Ka Tarika

*mas'la* - mayyat ko dafn karna farze kifaya hai aur ye jayaz nahin ki zameen par rakhkar charon taraf se deewaren utha dein

*mas'la* - jis jagah inteqal hua us jagah dafn karna bhi munasib nahin ki ye khasayis sirf anbiya alaihissalam ko haasil hai

*mas'la* - qabr 2 kism ki hoti hai pahli lahad ye sunnat hai aur doosri sandooq jo ki hindustan me raayaj hai

*mas'la* - qabr ke andar chatayi wagairah bichana fizool hai jayaz nahin yunhi lakdi ke sandooq me dafn karna bhi munasib nahin

*mas'la* - qabr me utarne waale 2-3 log ho sakte hain koi qaid nahin magar behtar hai ki neik wa saaleh ho aur jaankar ho aur aurat ke liye behtar hai ki mahram hon warna ajnabi bhi ho sakte hain

*mas'la* - qabr me utaarte waqt qibla ki jaanib se mayyat ko laayein aur ye dua padhen bismillahi wa billahi wa aala millati rasool allahi

*mas'la* - mayyat ko daahine karwat par halka sa kar dein aur uska chehra qibla rukh kar dein aur uske kafan ki girah khol dein

*mas'la* - agar lahad hai to kachchi eento se usko bund kar dein pakki eente na lagayein ki ye aag se pakayi jaati hain aur qabr me aag ka daakhil karna hargiz behtar nahin,aur agar sandooq hai to lakdi ke takhto se bund karke mitti dein

*mas'la* - mitti sarhane ki taraf se 3 baar daalein pahli baar me ye dua padhen minha khalaqnaakum doosri baar wa feeha nueedukum aur teesri baar wa minha nukhrijukum taaratan ukhra

*mas'la* - haath me jo mitti lagi hai use jhaad dein ya dho dein ikhtiyar hai

*mas'la* - paani ke jahaaz me inteqal hua aur kinara qareeb na ho to guslo kafan wa namaz padhkar samandar me dubo dein

*mas'la* - ulma wa saadat ki qabro ko pakki karne me harz nahin aur nishani to aam musalmano ki qabro me bhi lagana jayaz hai aur behtar hai ki saaleheen ke aas paas dafn karen ki unki barkat se ispar bhi rahmat hogi

*mas'la* - dafn ke baad mustahab hai ki sarhane khade hokar alif laam meem se muflihoon tak aur paayiti ki jaanib aamanar rasool se khatm tak padhi jaaye

*mas'la* - dafn karne ke baad itni deir wahan thahrein ki jitni deir me oont zabah karke uska gosht taqseem kiya ja sakta ho ki ye ghar mayyat ke liye naya naya hai aur har nayi jagah jaane me bande ko hichkichahat hoti hi hai phir thodi deir me dil lag jaat hai lihaza thahrein aur talqeen karte rahein

*mas'la* - bila zarurat ek qabr me 2 murde ka rakhna jayaz nahin haan zarurat ho maslan jagah kam hai ya kuchh aur to dono ke darmiyan mitti ki deewar uthakar ek qabr me dafn kar dein

*mas'la* - qabr par baithna sona chalna teik lagana haraam hai,yunhi agar kisi azeez ki qabr tak jaana chahta hai aur beech me qabre maujood hain to ijazat nahin ki wahin se fatiha padhe

*mas'la* - qabristan me jo naya raasta bana ho uspar chalna najayzo haraam hai bila shuah wo qabro par hi bana hoga haan purane raaste jo qadeemi hain unpar chalne me harz nahin

Taaziyat Karna

*mas'la* - taaziyat dafn se pahle bhi ki ja sakti hai magar behtar baad dafn hai magar 3 din ke andar andar uske baad makruh hai
